Isaiah is the most amazing little boy who has overcome so much, despite all odds. Isaiah was born with MEND Syndrome which affects most of his body. This means that Isaiah uses lots of adaptive equipment every single day. Having a bike would allow Isaiah to explore the world in a way he never has before!
