Wesley has 2 rare diseases , WDFY3 related syndrome and Alkaptonuria.
WDFY3 has caused Wesley to live with hypotonia which makes daily tasks difficult for him.
As Wesley has gotten older, he has outgrown the tricycle he could ride. His hypotonia has made it increasingly difficult to maintain the endurance needed to ambulate a typical outdoor tricycle or bike. Wesley’s life would be greatly enhanced if he could have an adapted tricycle that would have the support that his little body needs.
