ZiXin LOVES to be moving her body and being active! She also needs to continue to strengthen her legs and she needs more tools to do that. Her PT has been recommending an adaptive bike, but as a mid-to-low income family, we have not had the means to afford one. Her cortical visual impairment and global developmental delay make it completely unsafe for her to try and ride a regular (two-wheeled) bicycle. She would benefit SO MUCH from an adaptive bike; she will wear the tires out no doubt!
