Victoria is almost 10 years old! She is non mobile non verbal! Victoria loves to go for walks in her wheelchair she would love for me to push her around the block on a bike.She doesn’t get to do a lot of things other kids do because of all the stuff that always has to be with her like her oxygen or feeding pump! This would be awesome for her.
