Limited mobility and time. I'm his Paraprofessional as 1 on 1. The family simply doesn't have the space in home for recreation. As the older brothers can ride bikes, they just don't have the resources for him to go enjoy outdoor, fresh air and time with them as a whole.thus would mean the world to him and the family to have the ability as a whole!
