Liam is my sweet kind hearted Nephew. He has been removed and place with me a few times since he was a baby. Finally after 14 months with us again he is now legally physically in my custody. He loves being on a bike. It makes him feel free. His smile when he's riding is something that lights up my,and everyone who loves hims heart.
