I have two daughters with autism spectrum disorder and they have been through the system.Tge system failed them and they where abused in foster care.They whee immediately taken to the hospital after I reported what I saw .Not only did the people lose their fostering license but they are facing criminal charges. They are doing great now and are with paternal grandmother..They love being pulled in a child cart on the back of a bike my only hopes is to provide them with a bike that they can use
