Joseph has multiple diagnosis beyond those listed caused by his chromosomal abnormality. Joseph is non-verbal, has a feeding tube, has low muscle tone and poor core strength. His strength and intellectual disabilities prevents him from controlling or steering a bike on his own. Joseph is not able to ride a regular bike due to his conditions but absolutely loves riding the bike i have chosen at school and during therapy. He would love having this bike and it would be therapeutic for him.
