This bike will allow both patients w/ significant gross motor delays (Elia - hypertonicity and rigidity) and (Bella - excessive hypotonia and weakness) ability to engage and participate in independent skills their peers w/o a dx perform. Riding a bike is such a huge part of every kids life, and unfortunately those with severe medical diagnosis and limitations with walking don't often get the opportunity to ride something as simple as a bike, and this will provide them the opportunity.
