When my son was 11 he suffered 13 Strokes which left him with severe special needs with five siblings and now left in a wheelchair with only function of half of his body and nonverbal many times he expresses how he misses being able to do many of the things that his brothers and sisters can do that he used to so if he was to receive a bike it would be at least one thing he couldn't give hime some independence that he craves and allows him to feel a little less left out as he quite often does
