Elia is a bright, beautiful little girl with a sweet and wonderfully silly personality. She was born with Aicardi syndrome, a rare neurological condition that affects every aspect of her life — including how she plays and explores the world around her.
Elia loves being outdoors. With her adaptive trike, she can move her body, feel the breeze on her face, and experience the pure joy of riding a bike — just like other children her age. It gives her more than mobility; it gives her confidence, independence, and a sense of freedom. 

Elia received her first adaptive trike nearly five years ago and has now outgrown it. We are hoping to win the next size up so she can continue experiencing the freedom, inclusion, and joy that riding brings to her life.
