Lucas loves to be outside & mobile. He is 14.5. He has little opportunity to do this because he needs to be contained. He can elope, but a bicycle like this, would allow myself, & caregivers an option to provide him more controlled freedom. I am 65... He needs fresh air & options, like any child.
