My daughter has many physical and intellectual challenges. I would love for her to be able to ride a bike for so many reasons. First off, it would be for the health benefits and a very close second would be for the exhilarating experience that riding a bike is. I know it would help improve her muscles, improves coordination, and enhance her motor skills.
I think she would love the sensory experience that riding a bike gives you. It exposes you to the wind, movement, and balance.
