Saul is a fun, energetic and kind 12 year old boy at Mercer Elementary School. Saul has spina bifida and requires use of his wheelchair or walking with the assistance of crutches to navigate his environment. Saul really enjoys riding the adaptive trike at school during physical therapy, and riding the trike brings a smile to his face. Saul loves to ride the trike with his fellow classmates and has been nicknamed “Speedy” as he zooms around the school's hallways. Riding the adaptive trike gives Saul the opportunity to let his competitive side shine through, especially when participating in trike races with his peers. Saul would love to have an adaptive trike at home to ride with his siblings and neighborhood friends. A trike at home would also allow Saul to continue to grow his independence through a safe and appropriate manner. Please nominate Saul and help his wish come true!
