Most kids see a bike and think of speed. Speed is great, but for Marley, an adapted bike represents something much bigger: freedom of movement. It’s the difference between being a spectator in her own neighborhood and finally being the one pedaling through it.
In October 2025, Marley tried a Freedom Concepts tandem bike with her younger brother. For the first time, she wasn't just a passenger—she was part of the power. The look of pure joy on her face was priceless.
Marley lives with ACER3-related Leukoencephalopathy, an ultra-rare neurological condition that constantly challenges her balance and muscle control. It makes a "normal" bike impossible to ride, but Marley isn't "normal"—she’s a warrior with the biggest smile you’ve ever seen.
Winning this adapted bike would mean:
✅ Inclusion: Finally joining her brother on family bike rides instead of watching from the side of the road.
✅ Strength: "Stealth therapy" to build the muscle strength and coordination her condition tries to take away.
✅ Joy: That "look at me go!" moment where the wind hits her face and the wheelchair stays behind.
We want to give her a world where her diagnosis doesn't define her boundaries. Please help us get Marley on wheels that let her fly!
