Casper contracted meningitis at 9 months old which left him permanently disabled. Casper's diagnoses include epilepsy, autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delay and hearing loss. Casper has access to an adaptive trike at school and loves it, but he will age out of his school at the end of this school year.
