Alan needs a bike because he deserves the opportunity as any other child to learn how to pedal and enjoy a bike. Alan is already 6 years old and when we go out for a stroll in our neighborhood the rest of the kids his age are driving their bikes when he is still sitting on a stroller. Alan deserves to have fun on a bike like other kids plus get all the brain and body stimulation he will get by pedaling while doing it.
