My child was diagnosed with a Sindrome called Rubinstein Taybi is a mental problem that keeps him behind on his learning and activities he is already 3 years old and he doesn’t walk or talk we have to transfer him from the bed to his stroller every time and he sure is heavy and the stroller we have for him is broken dad tries to fix it every time but it just keeps falling apart and I request his pediatrician for a special stroller or wheelchair for him and still I haven’t heard anything back
