Toby has porencephaly, cerebral palsy, and a spinal cord injury. He has lost most function of his left arm, and now his right side is losing function quickly. Both legs have weakened so much that he can longer walk around by himself, and has a wheel chair for anything outside of the house. He has not been able to ride a bike in over 8 years.
