Fundraising for Alfie K's Freedom Concepts Expedition Handcycle

Alfie was born with spina bifida myelomeningocele and has limited mobility below his hips, but that has never stopped him from being an active, determined, and joyful kid. He works hard every day to keep up with his peers, meeting challenges with strength, resilience, and the cutest dimpled smile. Alfie has been through more medically than a lot of children his age, yet he continues to show incredible courage and perseverance.

He loves being outside, getting dirty, and anything with wheels—tractors, monster trucks, bikes—you name it. Alfie is also kind, generous, and deeply thoughtful, making him a wonderful friend and an amazing brother who adores playing alongside his sisters. Unfortunately, most ride‑on toys and bikes aren’t designed for kids like Alfie. He needs core support and hand controls to ride safely and independently, which limits his ability to join in on the fun.

A hand trike would give Alfie more than just a bike—it would give him freedom, independence, and the chance to ride alongside his sisters and friends. Your vote for Alfie would help make this possible!

Alfie was born with Spina Bifida myelomeningocele and has limited mobility below his hips. He is still a very active boy and loves everything with wheels - tractors, monster trucks, everything! He also loves to play outside and get dirty. Unfortunately, there are not many kids' toys or ride on toys that work for him. He needs core support, and he needs to be able to control things with his hands. Alfie would absolutely love to have his own bike to ride with his sisters and feel free.
