I believe Reyes would love to be free outside using his arms or legs to get the bike around. He is on his electric wheelchair but wants to be able to do more with his legs or arms. He would strengthen his arms and be able to get stronger in legs if with peddles. He needs to be secured on the bike. He would love to win!!
