Noah would greatly benefit from having a bike in more ways than one. Not only will it offer a gross motor workout, it will also allow him to connect with his peers in a fun way. A bike would give him so many wonderful opportunities however due to his syndrome, low muscle tone, and clubbed feet a typical bike is not supportive enough.
