Lucas loves Togo out , on his face you can see the joy of being able to be outdoors, he cannot speak and has more than 10 seizures a day , he loves the see water and needs a safe bike with special wide tires that he can take to the parks and de beach. Lucas is a wonderful baby trapped in the body of a 20 year-old young man. We do not have a clear diagnosis for his severe mental retardation.
