Harper is 7 years old but in her mind she seems like she is 4! Harper is surrounded by great friends and family, including at school! We live in a very small town, one elementary and her class only has about 17 kids! Growing up in a small community is the biggest blessing and sometimes Harper wants to be involved with her classmates to feel included in and out of school, as a family to go on bike rides where fear isn’t taken over!
I think Harper deserves a bike where she can ride in confidence
