I am writing to request your support for my 6-year-old twin sons, Otis and Arlo. As a single mother and primary caregiver, I manage my sons' care for MECP2 Duplication Syndrome, a rare and terminal neurological disorder. Both boys experience severe motor deficits due to hypotonia and neurological issues. We are often confined to our home. Receiving this would allow me to take out one on bike rides and engage in community activities. Much needed recreational opportunities and inclusion.
