Luna is 7 years old and has had open heart surgery and a heart transplant. She was also diagnosed with a rare genetic syndrome called Mowat-Wilson Syndrome which causes significant cognitive delays. She has never ridden a bike before because she doesn't understand how to pedal & she doesn't feel safe sitting on a normal bicycle. Having a special needs bike with a high back on the seat as well as straps will help her feel secure & give her the independence she wants so badly!
