Lorelai has a rare genetic disorder called Phelan McDermid syndrome. Unfortunately, bc of her condition, she has developmental delays, hypotonia, motor planning issues, and global regressions. Lorelai won’t ever truly be able to experience a solo bike riding experience. We went to an event and tried a tandem bike and she cried when she had to get off. I would be beyond thrilled for her to have a bike she loves and is able to use.
