Fundraising for Josue S's Mobility and Access Duet

My son has complex medical and neurological needs, including Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, which affects his balance, muscle control, and safety awareness.

Because of this, he cannot ride a bike independently. A parent-assisted adaptive bike would allow him to sit safely in the front while I guide and control the bike from behind.

This type of bike would give him the opportunity to experience movement, fresh air, and the joy of riding — while keeping him safe. It would also allow us to share that experience together as mother and son.

For him, this isn’t just a bike. It’s therapy, inclusion, bonding, and freedom.

Your support truly means everything to our family.

Because of his medical condition, including Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, his balance and muscle control are very limited. An adaptive bike would not just be a toy — it would be therapy, independence, and joy. It would help strengthen his muscles, improve coordination, and give him the opportunity to experience something many children take for granted: riding a bike and feeling free. For our family, this bike represents inclusion, movement, and happiness. Your support truly means the world to us.
