Jacob loves to be outside but is limited by his decreased endurance, muscle strength, and challenges with maintaining a healthy weight. These physical challenges not only limit his community access but also decrease his level of independence. He would benefit greatly by having his own adaptive trike to improve his endurance, strength, community access, and ability to play with friends and family; while increasing his independence.
