Emmitt was born with a rare genetic condition called Hereditary spastic paraplegia or HSP. His dad also has it. Emmitt attends PT & OT weekly, as well as many other specialist appointments. Emmitt is 5 yrs old, & is all boy. He wants to run & play just like all the other kids. He’s currently in VPK & loves school. He has a gait trainer to help him, but he has asked many times for a bike of his own to be able to ride with his friends. This bike will also help him exercise & gain independence.

Forgot to mention above that Emmitt also wears AFO braces on his legs, and with his disability he cannot paddle a normal bike. He must have a special one like the one posted below. Thank you for helping in any way you can! Every dollar and vote counts, and we are so thankful!!
