Elly has very low lower extremity muscle tone and has always been in a wheelchair. She loves going for walks in her wheelchair. She loves the outdoors and Grandpa and Grandma live right beside a bike trail. She is non-verbal but gets so excited when she goes on the bike trail in her wheel chair. This would give her the opportunity to experience a bike.
