Elizabeth had a spinal cord stroke at 6 months old. It left her lower half very weak, almost paralyzed. Elizabeth can't walk normally. Her hips, legs, and knees don't move like normal. She is 9 years old. She has nothing that she can do independently outside. This would give her the opportunity to play like a normal 9 year old little girl.
