Booker was born with a rare eye disease called Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA) It is a rare type of inherited eye disorder that causes severe vision loss at birth. It is the most common cause of inherited blindness in childhood, and is found in two to three out of every 100,000 babies.
Even though he is blind it has never stopped him from enjoying life and being himself. But there are things he can’t do without assistance, like ride a bike. Getting a bike for him & I to be able to ride together would be a dream come true for us both!!
