James has a lot of physical and developmental delays. He's nonverbal and low functioning. He does not play with toys or other children like most kids, but he does like to be physical. If he had a special bike that he would be able to control (he has involuntary movements sometimes), he would have something fun to play with that is also physically good for him. He lives to be outside but typically doesn't have anything to do because he is not stable enough to have a normal bike.
