Fundraising for Amara C's Freedom Concepts Discovery Series

Meet Amara 🩷

Amara is a bright, determined little girl with a smile that lights up every room she rolls into. She has faced more in her young life than most adults ever will, including a traumatic brain injury — but that has never stopped her from fighting, learning, and growing every single day.

Therapy isn’t just something Amara does — it’s how she builds her independence. During her therapy intensives last summer, she discovered something that changed everything: an adaptive bike. For the first time, she could move with freedom, strengthen her body, and feel the joy of keeping up with other kids. It wasn’t just exercise. It was confidence. It was laughter. It was possibility.

An adaptive bike would allow Amara to continue building strength, coordination, and endurance at home — but even more importantly, it would give her the chance to simply be a kid. To ride alongside her sister and her school friends. To feel the wind in her hair. To participate instead of watch from the sidelines.

Amara works incredibly hard every single day. This bike would be more than equipment — it would be freedom.

Thank you for voting and for being part of her journey. 🩷

Amara had the opportunity to use an adaptive bike during her intensive therapy sessions this past summer and LOVED it! Having her own would not only help her reach her physical goals, but would also provide her an opportunity to do something alongside her peers-riding a bike!
