Fundraising for Mack N's Freedom Concepts Discovery Series

With Macks rare genetic syndrome (satb2) he lacks the ability to have good core balance as well as the ability to peddle on an average bike. Mack is working hard with PT + OT on strengthening his core and using pressure to learn to peddle his legs. He is a happy boy who loves to move and be outside. We are a large family of 6 and we've never been able to go on a bike ride all together. We know with the help of an adaptive bike Mack could learn to ride just like his brothers and sister.

Just a reminder you do not have to DONATE, just a single vote is enough. A BIG thank you to everyone who has voted and donated so far. To be 100% transparent if we raise funds but not enough to cover the bike and we win by votes (WINNING by VOTES it what I'm hoping for) the money goes to another child in need of a bike.

First day of first grade!

HI FRIENDS AND FAMILY! I typically avoid any type of voting or fundraisers because this is not life or death and I know that most of you are on social media just to share and connect with friends and family, like me. But here I go, LOL. This is something near and dear to my heart. Imagine that your child couldn't do something as simple as ride a bike. Yes, something as simple and freeing as peddling a bicycle just couldn't happen. It almost seems like a right of passage to being a child, riding your bike all over the neighborhood. The memories I have are abundant and a constant reminder of why Mack deserves to have a bike that he can ride. We've spend 100's of dollars buying tricycles and other parts hoping we could makeshift a traditional bike into something that would work for our son but nothing was enough. Now imagine that there is a bike, the perfect bike. It has the 3 wheels for balance, it is big enough for a 60 pound boy who has the longest legs you've ever seen, it has velcro to help hold his feet to the peddles, it has the seat belt and it has a steering wheel for us to help him learn without ramming into walls ha! But...of course there's a BUT. It's over 3,000$. Story of my life 🤦🏼‍♀️ Well, Friendship circle is having a GREAT BIKE GIVEAWAY and now is the chance to give Mack the bike of his dreams! All you have to do is click on the link and vote. EVERY SINGLE VOTE COUNTS so please share and vote as much as possible. I'm sure I don't have the most friends or the biggest following but I know the OBX community has our back and they are a force to be reckoned with! Thank you all for your patience as I share the mess out of this on my pages LOL!! XOXOXOXOXOXOX -A mom who really wants to see her magical little boy ride a bike

Mack in his big guy stroller that makes taking him to the beach, soccer games and strolling around the block ALL possible!
