Rallie was recently adopted from Bulgaria. She spent fifteen years in orphanages and now is her time to experience the world! After adopting her, we discovered that Rallie’s knees are both dislocated and will require surgery. We would love a bike that we can ride together that allows her to experience freedom without worrying about her knees.
