Avery Giganti

Fundraising for Avery G's Freedom Concepts Discovery Series

Avery has a very rare type of respiratory chain mitochondrial disease that causes low tone, seizures, feeding difficulties, and vocal chord paralysis. Avery is unable to sit independently or walk and she uses a g-tube for feeding and has a trach to assist with breathing. Avery has ridden an adapted bicycle in therapy and LOVES IT. Having an adapted bicycle of her own would allow her to experience riding a bicycle around the neighborhood with her brothers. Additionally, it would give her another way to improve her strength at home. An adapted bicycle would be a wonderful way to allow her to participate in an activity that most 4-year old are able to do independently. Thank you so much for your votes and/or contributions - both mean the world to Avery and her family!
